    Description

    HISTORICAL GLADIUS Mainz type
    It’s an exact replica of Mainz Gladius, named for the found place near the German city Mainz. Original delivered to the British Museum by private collector Felix Slade. Dated to 13 BC. Probably belong to the older officer of Roman Army.
    Specifications:

    The double-edged blade stand out with long foible. The hilt has wooden, globular pommel and boxed, wooden guard. The grip is faux ivory and relatively narrow.
