33-year-old woman in Oneida County dies in vehicle collision with tractor trailer

Westmoreland, N.Y. — A 33-year-old woman died Saturday afternoon in Oneida County after her vehicle collided with a tractor trailer that was carrying a car trailer, deputies said.
Sasha Hulett, 33, of Westmoreland, was driving east on Stone Road around 3:45 p.m. when she crossed over a double-solid yellow line, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release Saturday night.
Hulett’s 2011 Ford Escape collided with a tractor trailer towing an empty car trailer, they said. Juan Smith, 61, of Maryland, was driving the 2022 Western Star- 4900SF tractor trailer.
